Dordash has asked a California high court judge to reject the case filed by Uber, in which the Food Delivery Company has been accused of contesting restaurant owners in special deals.

The California High Court has been heard on July 11 in San Francisco County.

Uber will stand for traders and level playgrounds. We are looking forward to presenting the facts in court.”
Uber requested a jury trial in his original complaint. The company has not explained the amount of losses in search of it.
