Federal judge blocks DOGE’s access to Social Security Administration’s banks of personal information

On Thursday a federal judge issued an order to block the order Elon Musk’s Department of Government Performance Accessing to the system in the Social Security Administration (SSA) that preserves the personal information of millions of Americans.

I Thursday’s decisionUS District Judge Alan Halllander in Maryland accused Dodge of “mainly engaged in a fishing campaign” in search of “a little more” -based fraud. Hollander said Dodge “never identified or clear” because he needed access to “personal and private data of millions of Americans”.

Access, per Halllander, violates numerous federal privacy laws, and a warning order about cybercularity risks.

According to the filing, the SSA of the Dodge has 10 staff, and seven of them had personal identified information in the SSA data system. Tech Crunch has indicated multiple, including Akash Booba And Scott colotter.

The SSA initially accessed the DEGE, including social security numbers, medical records, drivers’ license numbers, tax information and other personal information.
