Google Pixel 9a review: All the phone you need

Going into a polypted display saved some millimeters, which gives designers a bit more internal volume. In the past, Google has always pushed towards thin and thin pixels, but it has maintained the same 8.9 mm thickness for Pixel 9A. Instead of shaving a millimeter, Google equipped the Pixel 9A with a 5,100mAh battery, which is the largest in a pixel, even a touch of a touch of a large and more expensive Pixel 9 Pro XL.

In the back section, the camera module is almost flush with the phone’s body, barely increasing the plastic around one millimeter. The phone feels more balanced and less heavier than these phones, with three or four cameras riding around the aluminum. The right edge buttons are the only other obstacles in the clean lines of the phone. They are also aluminum, with good, superficial opinions and have no detection. In addition to some small fobbles, the quality and overall feeling of this phone is better than we will expect $ 499.

The 6.3 -inch OLED is slightly larger than the previous year, and it retains the Chincier Bezles of Google’s A series phones. Although the flagship pixels are all screens from the front, there is a huge difference between the edge of the OLED and the aluminum frame. This means that the body is probably much larger than that. Nevertheless, Pixel 9A does not appear on a large scale or not felt.

OLED is quite sharp at 1080p and has an impressive high glow, which makes it viable outside. However, the low shiny explanation is less than you get with more expensive phones like Pixel 9 Pro or Galaxy S25. The screen supports 120 Hz refresh rate, but it is disabled as a default. This panel does not use LTPO technology, causing the refresh rate higher than the battery. OLED is a fingerprint scanner, but it has not been upgraded to ultrasonic with flagship pixels. It’s still optical.
