Welcome to Rocket Report Edition 7.45! Let’s talk about space plans. Since the space shuttle, the spacecraft, the best, have been a special part of the space transportation business. The US Air Force is the only X-37B and similar vehicle that is the only spacecraft operated by the Chinese military that is about to reach orbit after the last shuttle flight in 2011, and both need a traditional rocket lift. Virgin galactic substitute space tourism platform is also a spacecraft. One or two generations ago, an important argument in favor of spacecraft was that it was easy to recover and reuse. Today, Space X regularly re -use capsules and rockets that look like traditional space vehicles, which is much higher than the designs of the wings. The space plans are uncertainly charming, but they have a defect of carrying extra weight (wings) into space, which will not be used until the last minute of the mission. So, do they have the future?
As always, we Welcome readers’ requests. If you do not want to lose a problem, please subscribe using the box below (the form will not appear on the AMP-capable version of the site). Each report will include information about small, medium and heavy lift rockets, as well as take a quick look at the next three launches in the calendar.
A Chinese trade rocket returned to flight. According to the car developer and operator, CASSpace, the failure launched its previous attempt to reach the orbit in December, the Kenytica One rocket launched for the first time on Wednesday. Kenetica -1 is one of the several small Chinese solid fuel launch vehicles managed by a commercial company, though with strict supervision and support of the government. CASSSPS, a spin of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, said its Kanteka 1 rocket has deployed several pay loads with “accuracy of the best orbit”. It was the seventh flight of the Kenoteka One rocket since its inception in 2022.
