Wallpaper: A brown milestone that I built using Apple’s built -in wallpaper tools. I have tried a black background, but when I open an app and suddenly a mark or dynamic island appears, I have to rotate it. I made apps gray so that they could be less visually stimulated, and as a permanent reminder that I probably should do anything other than scroll over my phone.
Apps: Phone, calendar, photos, camera, sound memo, apple maps, watch, settings, messages, notes, reminders.
At most, I rely on Apple’s stock apps because they are well sync between my phone and my Mac. (Sound memo is especially useful in my work line!) I also clean my home screen by cleaning up most apps on my phone on my phone by cleaning up some apps. If I am actively checking or using someone for any reason, it is temporarily at the top under two widgets.
The countdown widget comes from an app called After the day. I am a new father of a very early Raiser, and last year I realized that even a glass of wine slowed me a step to keep me with my active baby. I’ve set a goal for just a year to see that I can do it, and so far, so good.
