Former Y Combinator Startup Wired Companies are helping to eliminate the barrier that occurs when a high volume of consumers, for example, tries book appointments. Its AI voice agents launched and handled basic operations, handing over human operators to more complex processes. Berlin -based Startup has now collected 6 3.6 million in the seed pre -funding round headed by Cherry Ventures and Wi -Combatin.

Televieth says its AI voice agents can perform a number of tasks, including automatic callbacks and even closed deals.

Startup, which was founded by apple Hepat Selissa, Philip Booms, and Art Zor Mahlin, focused on mixing its agents in company tasks.

It is now claiming that revenue has increased by more than 50 % of the month during the month and has taken action near Berlin’s office near a million phone calls (and with a team of just six). Consumers are spread across the UK, Latin America and the United States with further expansion plans.

CEO Zor Mahlin told Tech Crunch that after working at German Unicorn Enliest, one of Germany’s largest startup achievements, the founders came to the idea: “We scaled the customer service people, and we saw ourselves that the call automation was difficult to achieve customer and how difficult it was to manage.”

He said that Televiek AI agents “actually found appointments, offering leads, offering product suggestions, and similar results.” He said that the sounds were prepared by rented voice actors, whose voices are then clone using eleven labs or Cartisine AI Voice Cloning platforms.
