“Some states are on 1 yard line”
Republicans criticized the Biden administration for not distributing grants yet, but the NTIA said in November that it had it. Approved Initial funding projects have been submitted through every state and area. Fanman said the change in the direction would delay the distribution of grants.
He wrote, “Some states are on 1 yard line. There is a flag on 5 yard line. Every week more will arrive.” “These more clean changes will only be a delay. The administration can fix the problems in the program through waiver and avoid slow behavior.”
According to Fanman, the program is in a pause, even if new government leaders do not acknowledge it. He wrote, “The administration wants to make changes, but does not want to slow down things. They cannot have both. The states will be advised to either slow down or stop choosing a subduent.”
Delaware, Louisiana, and Nevada approved their last proposals by the NTIA in January a few days before the inauguration of Trump. Fanman wrote, “The balcony can already be in the ground in three states, and they can be in the summer half of the country without the proposed changes in the selection of the project.”
With the final proposals approved, the three states are now “in Lumbo”. His email states that “it does not mean – these states are ready to go, and they have done timely work on the budget, and there are projects that get universal coverage.” “If the administration cares about the land in the land, the states with the final proposal approved should move ASAP forward.”
Fanman wrote that other states that were near the final stage are also in Lambo. He wrote, “No decision has been made about how many progress should be allowed in the current 30 states that are making the most progress.” “The administration cannot easily say whether taxpayers’ funds, and private capitals that were spent on these processes will be wasted and the states will have to re -resume.”
