In its new filing, the DOJ called Google “an economic goal”, which says “a basic US value has denied users. It is the ability to choose in the market.” To deal with this, “Google has to divide the Chrome browser … to give a new competitor an opportunity to run a major gateway to find the Internet.” The department still suggests that Google should change its Android business methods to enable Google to compete or order to sell the operating system. He suggested that the company be allowed to sell Android in exchange for changes.
