According to the person familiar with the matter, Bezos has permanently attracted his attention to the origin of the blue since his retirement as the CEO of Amazon, and is now included in regular business reviews and various technical briefings where he is “dig” with managers and engineers.

Several current and former employees said that the company is also removing the decision -making chains, which have joined the culture of Blue Orion under former Chief Bob Smith.

A former executive maintained that the business has grown into an important clip, which means that the staff “has a natural inclination to advance decisions,” he added: “We wanted to end the decision -making.”

Yet analysts say Bezos has struggled to take the right leadership at the right time.

“Transfer sites were not always good,” said Carece Cristinson, chief executive of Consultancy Brace Tech. “A little hurry, a little late, and sometimes painful.”

The current and former employees said that the blue -born lamps led by their flight schedule have become more aggressive.

He said that in January, the decision to launch New Glenn without any confidence that the company would take off its first phase booster-which it intends to re-be. The booster was lost at re -entry, but the rocket made it into orbit according to the plan.

Bezos and lame have also moved to change the work samples in Blue Origin. After the recent holiday of online forums. Employees were filled with remarks, which were given remarks that they were being shifted to a permanent 50 hours with 12 hours of repeated shifts, while the seed scanners were introduced to track the time of the Amazon employees.

“Dave does not respect the balance of work life,” said a former senior employee.

Lamp has publicly spoken publicly about the increase in the number of launches this year and reaching the moon with the company’s Blue Moon Lander.

“Blue Origin needs to be very fast, and this is one of the reasons why I left my role as the CEO of Amazon a few years ago,” Bezos told the researcher and podcast host Lex Friedman last year. “Blue Origan I still need me, which has some energy, some sense of urgency.”
